After months of wondering is it going ahead? Is there anyone working on site? Are we going to move? It’s finally time to have some questions answered, and it’s yes, yes and yes!
Standing on the site this week put into perspective how large this development actually is, how much space there will be, and most importantly how exciting this new school will be for all of us.
Although it’s a building site at the moment, the development is well underway. Structurally building frames are up, concrete slabs and pillars are down, room sizes locked in, and layout of amenities, such as bathrooms, in progress.
The design incorporates feedback from teachers and management over the past few years, and this is something we want to continue.
Over the coming weeks and months leading to practical completion of the buildings, we will have updates whereby we share with you the latest information.
You’ll see in the photos attached that there is one classroom which is almost complete. The paint colours and lighting are what we will have throughout each classroom.
